Toddlers and parents experience music and movement together as a team in this high-energy class! With progressive classes designed for ages 1-2, “Wiggle & Hoppers” learn to coordinate body movement with sound, mimic rhythms & tones, and establish positive early social experiences. Your toddler will have so much fun, they won’t realize they’re learning! Limited to 6 toddler & parent pairs per class.

6-week session - $90

Students practice skills and repertoire gained in Suzuki books 1-3, as well as music theory, music history, and ear training. Open to all Suzuki students both inside and outside of Chivari Music Studio. Runs 6 weeks, 45 minutes/class. Each class limited to 10 students.

Open to intermediate-advanced students, this class is designed to challenge and ignite the performance-driven musician. Students band together to develop and solidify important performance skills, such as body technique, note reading, memorization, ear training, stage presence, and the ability to work and create with other artists.

Galaxy gently opens the door to a unique learning opportunity, giving students a little taste of the stage in a fun, yet professional atmosphere.

Each session ends in a public performance at a local venue, where students complete the experience by taking the stage.

Guest clinicians have included Chicagoland area musicians Jared Olson (guitar singer/songwriter), Kevin Weith (percussionist), Jim Drake (singer/songwriter), Danik Kooistra (pianist), and Geary Smith (blues harpist/songwriter.) Each session limited to 10 students.

Ukulele Party is the perfect group class for the brand new beginner with little to no experience! Open to ages 10 and up, this fun and light-hearted class will take you through the first steps to becoming a proficient uke player. By the 6th class, you’ll be jam-ready! Ukuleles may be purchased from our friends at Art Tunes, located at 606 N Division St, Harvard, IL 60033.
